Darwin understands the key qualities that companies look for in candidates to grow market share, while enhancing their positive culture and team environment. He has a clinical background of over 20 years, including 15 years of sales experience within: medical device, diagnostics, medical distribution, and sleep therapy; 8 years in sales management success; 3 years in operations; and extensive experience in negotiations and business development.
When Darwin is not in the office he is at a sporting event supporting one of his 3 lovely children and often accompanied by his beautiful wife, Jamie. He is also an accomplished triathlete and has a serious addiction to anything peanut butter.
After being in the Logistics industry for a couple of years Mackenzie was ready for a change. With a heart for helping people and a competitive drive, she decided recruiting is the right fit for her. Mackenzie uses her phone, technology and interpersonal skills to help candidates navigate their way to new opportunities. Mackenzie played college golf at the University of Southern Indiana and in her spare time you can find her coaching her alma mater’s middle school girls golf team. When not in the office or on the golf course, her free time includes competitive board games with her husband and friends and playing with her Golden doodle puppy Oakley.
Elizabeth’s singular goal is to make every client a client for life which is one reason of many that made her a great fit at Shurig Solutions, Inc. She acts as an advocate for her clients and takes the trust they place in her very seriously. SSI was very excited to bring Elizabeth onto the team as an office manager to create efficiencies, oversee our social media initiatives and help support our team so we spend more time on the phone. Elizabeth is an Indiana native with two boys, Dylan 14 and Kaleb 12. They are active in sports, their church and they love all of the extra-curricular activities that Plainfield has to offer.
