Our company was started in June of 2015 in a residential house with a small budget and a vision to help bring real value to candidates and companies in the medical device industry. With a clinical and sales background, I wanted to figure out how to bring value with integrity to the process and ultimately increased efficiency. One year after the company moved from the home office to renting office space, SSI moved again into a historic home in downtown Plainfield due to continued growth.
SSI brings a variety of tools to our clients to help identify, attract and retain the top talent in the industry. Our offer acceptance rate the past three years; 93%, 85% and 90% to bring not only value but added efficiencies while also decreasing the chance of a mis-hire. Everyone is busy! Our process helps prevent candidates and hiring managers from wasting time doing interviews that don’t match their career interests or with candidates that don’t have the right skills and experience.

Darwin understands the key qualities that companies look for in candidates to grow market share, while enhancing their positive culture and team environment. He has a clinical background of over 20 years, including 15 years of sales experience within: medical device, diagnostics, medical distribution, and sleep therapy; 8 years in sales management success; 3 years in operations; and extensive experience in negotiations and business development.
When Darwin is not in the office he is at a sporting event supporting one of his 3 lovely children and often accompanied by his beautiful wife, Jamie. He is also an accomplished triathlete and has a serious addiction to anything peanut butter.
Joshua has a passion for matching highly qualified candidates with top rated clients. He uses his 12 years of sales and recruiting experience to understand the needs of each individual while leveraging their talents to advance their careers.
Joshua is a United States Army veteran and currently serves in the Indiana Army National Guard as an Infantry Officer. In his spare time, Joshua enjoys spending time outdoors with his beautiful wife Hannah, two daughters, and two dogs. He is an Ironman triathlete and ultra-marathon finisher.
Project Manager Intern
Cameron just graduated HS from Covenant Christian HS where he enjoyed playing basketball and helping the team win the Sectional. He will be attending Indiana University this Fall as a Freshman, wants to pursue a career in the healthcare field and plans to apply for their nursing program. Cameron enjoys hiking, rafting, sports and people in general. He is excited to intern for his Dad’s company and learn more about the Medical Device and Pharma industries working as a project manager and internet researcher.
