The successful candidate could develop into the site’s Mechanical Integrity Quality Assurance (MIQA) Leader.

  • Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategies for improving mechanical reliability.
•Develop appropriate equipment maintenance plans to include equipment checks, predictive & preventative maintenance (PPM), critical spare parts, and SAP data utilizing appropriate tools such as criticality assessments and Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA).
•Facilitate the growth of a reliability culture within the site organization and associated business partners by recommending appropriate resources to deliver the strategy, champion standard work practices, and ensuring the organization understands and values the techniques required to ensure optimum asset reliability.
•Support execution of WMP – Utilize technical knowledge and skill and site master data (equipment files, technical documents, training manuals, maintenance plans, scope task lists, materials and parts, etc.) and make or propose improvements around maintenance planning and job scopes.
•Evaluate and implement the effectiveness of current predictive maintenance activities and establish activities for modified/newly installed equipment.
•Actively work with the Technology, Maintenance and Production organizations as a role model utilizing, training, and coaching advanced reliability techniques and tools to develop, maintain and drive a reliability culture
•Analyze systems for gaps versus MIQA requirements to develop and implement actions to close identified gaps
•Participate on Process Safety Management (PSM) element teams and incorporate standards into area equipment, with a focus on MIQA
•Ensure new designs and modifications incorporate reliability, maintainability, operability, and life cycle costing reviews.
•Participate in maintenance and reliability networks and share best practices, successes and failures.

  • Qualifications
