  • Top Talent Qualifications


    5+ Years of Medical Device Sales and/or Business Development Experience with proven success

    Experience within the Orthopedic, Spine, JR, Biologics, Trauma, and/or Surgical areas

    Experience with business development to gain market share with distributors and hospital facilities

    Understanding of multi-decision maker sales process and ability to maintain and grow accounts

    A proven track record of stability

    Have a strong appetite for performance-based compensation
