Reponsibilities
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications or public relations in the medical device industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience developing creative, effective, and compliant promotional and media strategies in the medical device industry.
- Results-driven, motivated self-starter and team player, Native English speaker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing technology stack including Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms.

Leadership

Dr. Grinspan is a global healthcare leader committed to improving patients’ outcomes through talent development and safe, efficient implementation. After several years of clinical practice, Augusto joined the Pharma industry overseeing Medical Affairs and Clinical Development at companies like Merck, Teva, and Novartis before moving over to the medical device space as the Chief Medical Officer at Insightec in May of 2023 where he leads Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Medical & Research Interventions Affairs.
