Our client is a world leader in medical technology; offering innovative solutions in surgical instrumentation, neurosurgery, reconstructive, and general surgery for over 30 years. We are supporting them for a Supplier Quality Engineer II position to provide quality assurance leadership to select contract manufacturing sites and raw material suppliers engaged in the production of products.  Additionally, this position will conduct supplier audits according to good manufacturing practices, ISO Standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.  SSI has helped 55 people join this client in the past 4 years.

The Right Talent:

BS in Engineering, Life Science, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years of professional work experience in a GMP and/or ISO regulated industry.

Experience with suppliers, SCAR, and supplier auditing

Experience working in a Medical Device manufacturing environment is preferred.

Operations supplier quality experience, with a strong understanding of process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) highly desired
