Our exciting Medtech partner is building the future of medical robotics with their next-generation robotic platform that targets early diagnosis and treatment of patients across multiple indications. They are looking for talented MedTech professionals with the vision and the desire to make an impact in the industry with disruptive and exciting technology. The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing operational and service engineering support for new and existing products and platforms. This role will help resolve real-time field service escalations, develop technical content, and analyze field issues to improve processes.
The Right Talent:
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
4+ years of experience in engineering and field service
Experience in Medical Device or other FDA regulated environment
Experience developing clear technical documentation
