The Right Talent:

BS Degree

7+ years of experience in production, operations, or a manufacturing environment in the medical device, biotech, or a highly regulated industry

3+ Years of Leadership experience with direct reports

Strong knowledge of compliance, quality, and safety 

Strong understanding of systems and the key drivers within an operations environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change and process improvements
