Our exciting medtech partner is building the future of medical robotics with their next-generation robotic platform that targets early diagnosis and treatment of patients across multiple indications.  They are looking for talented medtech professionals with the vision and the desire to make an impact in the industry with disruptive and exciting technology.  The Director of Field Services will report into commercial leadership and be responsible for overseeing the equipment installation team, preventative maintenance, and in-service support for the surgical platform and all products and services.  This is a critical new leadership position with high visibility and that will be responsible for hiring and mentoring a world-class US-based Field Service Engineer team and Support staff to ensure timely and quality resolutions.

The Right Talent:

BS Degree in Engineering or relevant field

10+ Years of Experience in Field Services

5+ Years of Leadership experience with direct reports

Ability to travel as needed

Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably Medtech

Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to write and interpret electronics & fluidics schematic diagrams and flowcharts

Strong mentor with a hands-on approach 

This is a remote position with regular travel involved
